MAPS
3 ZONES MAPPED — TAU CETI IV SURFACE & SUBSURFACE
Perimeter
The outermost edge of the failed UESC colony expansion zone. Wide-open sightlines and spread-out buildings make this the most forgiving map for new runners. UESC expansion structures provide cover but rarely feel claustrophobic.
Primary extraction zone on the northern edge of the colony perimeter.
Secondary extraction near the southern expansion boundary.
Heavily fortified UESC installation with high-tier loot and intense AI patrols.
Abandoned supply depot. Good mid-tier loot with moderate enemy presence.
Ruins of colonist housing. Scattered low-tier loot with minimal enemy activity.
Tall comms tower visible across the entire map. Used as navigation reference point.
Wide sightlines favor long-range runners — Recon excels here
Multiple extraction points reduce congestion at end-of-run
AI patrols around the Command Post are predictable — learn their routes
The Collapsed Habitat Block is a safe early loot spot before rotating to hotter zones
North Extraction is contested by most squads — consider the southern route when loaded with loot
Dire Marsh
A former UESC agricultural sector overtaken by 'the Anomaly' — an invisible force that suspends massive storage containers and boulders in midair across the map's center. The swamp terrain and floating debris create disorienting combat conditions.
Central zone where the invisible force suspends containers and rocks in midair. High-tier loot and maximum combat risk. The primary PvP hotspot on Dire Marsh.
The main extraction point on the northern edge of the wetlands.
Abandoned UESC farming facility with multiple floors and good interior loot.
Tunnel network connecting buildings under the marsh. Safe traversal but tight corridors.
Container held aloft by the Anomaly. Accessible only via grapple or precise jump. High reward, high risk.
The Anomaly zone is the highest-value area — expect heavy PvP competition at all times
Underground tunnels let you cross the map without exposing yourself to the Anomaly sightlines
Suspended caches require vertical traversal — Thief's Grapple Device or Vandal's Microjets help
The swamp terrain slows movement — plan extraction routes before you're loaded with loot
Assassin's smoke utilities are especially strong in the tight corridors of the Agricultural Complex
Outpost
The primary UESC operational facility on Tau Ceti IV. Smaller than Perimeter or Dire Marsh but vertically expansive — tall buildings with multiple floors create intense multi-level combat. Packed with scan drones, tripwires, and weather hazards.
A tall corkscrew-shaped central building densely packed with UESC security. The highest-risk, highest-reward location on Outpost.
Single primary extraction point. Contested heavily at end of run.
Fortified outer walls with scan drones and tripwires. Must be breached to access the facility interior.
Weapons cache inside the facility. High-tier weapon drops but maximum AI presence.
Supply drop on the roof of a mid-height building. Lower AI density, good for early loot.
Only 3 launch maps — Outpost is the most AI-dense. Bring strong PvE tools
The Pinwheel has relentless enemy waves — clear floor-by-floor, never rush to the top
Scan drones at the Security Perimeter will alert reinforcements — destroy or avoid them
Single extraction point creates end-of-run bottlenecks — extract early if loaded
Destroyer's Riot Barricade is extremely strong in Outpost's tight corridors
Cryo Archive (the 4th zone aboard the UESC Marathon ship) arrives in Season 1
